Gil Sherman, a resident of New York City since 1958, has spent a lifetime capitalizing on the New York real estate market. She has personally bought, renovated, and sold apartments in Manhattan for over 30 years, and oversaw the construction of her own home in Bridgehampton, NY. Having successfully sold hundreds of multi-million dollar apartments since entering the industry in 1987, Gil offers expertise and judgment only possible with decades of real estate sales success. She derives her greatest satisfaction from helping clients achieve their real estate dreams.

Born abroad and educated in French and British schools, Gil speaks and understands many languages including French, English, Dutch, Italian, and Arabic. Early in her career, Gil worked for a number of companies and on entrepreneurial ventures in the fashion industry, banking, television, and even the Dutch Embassy in Cairo. In the late 1980s, Gil took her real estate knowledge and skills and put them to work in residential apartment sales.

Gil's diversified international business background and keen eye for fashion has given her insight into the New York real estate market. She understands the unique requirements of buyers working in a wide variety of industries and the varying nuances that characterize the many neighborhoods that make up our great city. Her sensitivity to sellers' privacy and attention to buyers' tastes keeps customers returning as their real estate needs grow and change.

William A. Sherman has over 18 years of experience in real estate, operations planning, and business development, focusing mainly on sales and marketing. Since 1997, Mr. Sherman has applied these skills to residential sales and commercial real estate development. As a consultant for a variety of industries, Mr. Sherman possesses a thorough background in financial planning, real estate transactions, commercial development, and deal negotiations.

A lifelong resident of the Upper West Side, Mr. Sherman has personally experienced the benefits of residential real estate investment and has helped his real estate clients make informed decisions about their own purchases. Applying his marketing and financial savvy with a consultative approach, he wins trust from his clients that their true interests are his priority.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sherman worked as an operations and marketing specialist for television, technology, and Internet companies. Holding a variety of positions for companies including: NBC, Showtime Networks, PBS, and Beyond.com., he developed top-notch marketing skills and a talent for client relations. Later as an entrepreneur and consultant, he fine-tuned his investment and negotiation skills.

While working as analyst for investment bankers, Mr. Sherman evaluated and refined numerous plans for real estate development. Amongst his largest development deals, Mr. Sherman successfully created an operational plan and proposal to New York City for the construction of a major sporting and restaurant facility on Randall's Island. Mr. Sherman is a graduate the Cornell University School of Electrical Engineering.
